OPTION l - MONTHLY ADMINISTRATION:
This option is finding, credit vetting and placing the
tenants as well as a full management function including documented pre and post inspections.
3.5% for the tenant procurement (finding tenant)
+8.5% for the monthly administration (see clause 3.8) = 12% of the value lease (incl. Vat).
Example:
- Rental of R5000.00 x 6 months = R30 000.00
Procurement fee R30 000.00 @ 3.5% = R 1050.00 In this case the Procurement Fee will be R1500.00, see note below.
Monthly admin fee R5 000.00 @ 8.5% = R425.00 - Rental of R5000.00 x 12 months = R60 000.00
Procurement fee R60 000.00 @ 3.5% = R2 100.00
Monthly admin fee R5 000.00 @ 8.5% = R425.00
Note: We do charge a minimum Procurement of R1500.00 (incl. VAT). We also charge a minimum Monthly Admin Fee of R350.00 (incl. VAT). The numbers above are examples and your own Rent and Lease period will determine your Commission Fees.
OPTION II - ONCE OFF PROCUREMENT
This option means only finding the tenant on behalf of the LANDLORD. No administration or collection is done by ONLY RENTALS. The LANDLORD has to arrange payment of rent directly from the tenant. ONLY RENTALS will however collect the deposit and 1st months rent.
Procurement fee: 7.5 % (incl. Vat) of the value of the lease or one months rent (whichever is the greater).
Example:
- Rental of R5000.00 x 6 months = R30 000.00
Fee to ONLY RENTALS @ 7.5% = R 2 250.00
The Once Off Procurement Fee will be R5000.00, see note below. - Rental of R5 000.00 x 12 months = R60 000.00
Fee to ONLY RENTALS @ 7.5% = R4 500.00

Note: We do charge a minimum of one month Rent (incl. VAT) on a Once Off Procurement. The numbers above are examples and your own Rent and Lease will determine your Commission Fee.
